- No Candles

- We do allow children. However, the property isn't childproof. We will not be responsible for them. Please supervise children at all times.

- We have a treadmill. There won’t be any trainers on site. So please use with caution and at your own risk

- We only have one security camera outside of our home - on the garage door, facing the parking lot with motion sensor. The camera will be on during your stay recording video and audio when there are motions. The camera is there mainly for security and insurance purposes.

- Late Check Out- 30 minutes late, additional $100. More than 1 hour late is an additional night’s stay fee, with no entitlement to the night’s stay.

- This is a no pets allowed rental. One reason for no pets allowed is to provide a comfortable and safe rental for guests who have pet allergies. $350 fee for evidence of pets, plus $100/ night unauthorized pet fee.

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Any damages or mishaps, which lead to a delay in the next guest’s checkin, will incur a fee equivalent to the refund of the next guest.

- NOISE LEVEL- As with all city-living properties, there is the possibility of noise from neighbors, nearby freeway traffic, construction. If you are sensitive to noise, please prepare to bring your own noise machine, earplugs. We will not refund for noise complaints. The outside noise is beyond our control.

- PARKING - We have 2 driveways, which can fit 6 cars. However, off-street parking is available, easy to find, and free as well.

- Condition of the property - Please take some time to thoroughly check out the property and report any damages within the first 4 hours of your check-in. Of course, our crew does maintenance checks at cleaning but sometimes, we miss things. By reporting some issues in the first 4 hours we can confirm the condition and free you of responsibility.

- Pre-Check-Out - if you could please clear our sinks of dirty dishes. Our cleaner can take out the trash, but if there is excessive trash in the unit, please help us take out the trash. Please respect and take care of our property as if it is your own.

- We would like to keep our Albany Home SMOKE-FREE for all our guests. DO NOT SMOKE in the house, neither nicotine, vaping, or any forms of marijuana - $595 fee.

- Please ensure you fully understand our cancelation policy, which can be found in your reservation details. Even the best-laid plans can change, and that includes trips on Airbnb. Given the current Covid-19 pandemic and the potential for travel restrictions in some states, and the unpredictability of travel interruptions, such as weather, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., we strongly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment. - In the event that you need to change/alter your reservation please keep in mind that extending your reservation, approval is largely depending on availability.

- If you need to move your entire reservation to a future date, please know that modification/alteration requests within 7 days of check-in will be denied and we ask that you would submit requests in advance 7+days from check-in. This is to be fair for your host as this will give the property proper time to get rebooked.

- We have a little pond in our backyard. Please do not let children unattended at the pond.

- The locked owners closet has a remote alarm. Please do not attempt access. Any unauthorized access will result in an additional triple charge of your cleaning fee for emergency rush linen services

- The hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premises.
