* * CHILDREN are welcome, but the property is not childproof, so please supervise them at all times.

* * CAMERA: For security and insurance purposes, there is only one security camera outside the house, located on the garage door facing the parking lot, with a motion sensor. It will be on during your stay.

* * LATE CHECK-OUT: that exceed 30 minutes will result in a $100 fee. For late checkouts exceeding one hour, an additional night's stay fee will be charged, without entitlement to the night's stay.

* * PETS NOT ALLOWED: This is a pet-free rental. We do not allow pets to ensure guests with pet allergies have a comfortable and safe rental. If evidence of pets is found, there will be a $350 fee and an unauthorized pet fee of $100/night.

* * QUIET HOURS are from 10 pm to 7 am. Any damages or mishaps that delay the next guest's check-in will result in a fee equivalent to the next guest's refund.

* * NOISE LEVELS: Due to city living, there may be noise from neighbors, nearby freeway traffic, or construction. If you are sensitive to noise, please bring your own noise machine or earplugs. We will not refund noise complaints as outdoor noise is beyond our control.

* * PARKING: We have two driveways that can fit six cars. Off-street parking is also available, easy to find, and free.
*
* * CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY: Please inspect the property thoroughly and report any damages within the first four hours of check-in. By reporting issues in the first four hours, you are free of responsibility.

* * BEFORE CHECK-OUT, please clear the sinks of dirty dishes. If there is excessive trash, please help us take it out. Please respect and take care of our property as if it were your own.

* * NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in the house and smoking weed / marijuana or same kind is not allowed outside of the house because children living in the surrounding area . A fee of $595 will be charged for smoking.

* * CANCELLATION AND INSURANCE: Please review our cancellation policy in your reservation details. We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.
